How long before my artwork arrives? 

Our art prints, picnic tables and original art are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary dependant on your location in Australia. Tracking is provided so you can easily track where your parcel is and when it will arrive.

Original Art and Wine Tables are sent via DHL Road Express. Linen and Paper Prints are sent via Australia Post. 

For any custom painted wine tables please allow up to 14 days before being dispatched to allow time for Noelene to carefully craft your custom piece.

Canvas Prints (including those which are framed) are shipped within 14 days to allow time to be processed, printed and framed. Canvas prints are shipped via DHL Road Express.

Do you take on commission paintings? 

Absolutely, email us at naturesrewards@outlook.com so that we can ensure I am the right artist for you. Please allow 2-3 months for your commission to be completed. 

How do you ship your items?

All smaller items are shipped via Australia Post. Large original paintings, canvas prints and large commissions will be sent via courier. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Not at this stage, follow us on Facebook and Instagram for any updates. 

What happens if my items arrive damaged? 

Although we take the greatest care to package items so they arrive to you safely, accidents happen and we understand that there may be a rare occasion where you item may arrive less than perfect. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement where possible.

Photos of the damaged item will be requested. 

Do you offer refunds?

If your item is damaged upon its arrival, please let us know as soon as possible as we will be more than happy to repair, exhaling for offer a credit to you. Proof of purchase will be requested. 

Can Commissions be turned into prints?

All copyright remains with Nature’s Rewards. This means that any commission pieces can be turned into prints for sale. 

 Will my piece look the same as what’s pictured on the website? 

Please note that all print images may be positioned differently on the page than they appear on the website and that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product. 

Please read the description of your item carefully to ensure that what you are purchasing is what you are looking for.  

Do you do markets?

We do and we LOVE to travel. We are based in Toowoomba and you can find us at the local farmers market each Saturday. Keep an eye on our Facebook and social media for updates on our markets and events.
